... to be pissed off that Virgin raise their phone prices, but send me a "free" magazine

I don't want a fckin "free" magazine (with £4 written on it, so it had better* be free and not on my bill).

I don't care what bloody munchkin features Cruise is up to.

I want my phone prices what they were or lowered

We have broadband with them. never had nay problems as such, except when they sent DH an email advising of phone, broadband and something else for £14.99 a month which is what we are paying now. We pay by direct debit, but they wanted us to make another £14.99 payment then (2days after DD) with our debit card and wanted us to give them our bank details again so they could set up a direct debit, even though there was one already

I never had any problems with NTL, since the changeover the virgin it's been one thing after another though. The phone rates are now being rounded UP to the next minute which makes me , and now I get some glossy sleb magazine instead

hmmmm.. our phone prices have been reduced (not by much - but reduced all the same), and we are with Virgin too.

If you have a talk plan, then it gets cut, if not (which I don't think we do, I should probably check that before continuing ranting) then they go up .25p a minute, no more cheaper weekend mobile calls, and connection charge is going up 1p.

I know it isn't huge quantities, but it is still rises and "free" junk wasting paper.

I am with them too and our phone bill is to be reduced. We are on talk unlimited though, maybe they are trying to get more people to have their packages?

Phone them and tell them you are moving to sky if they don't give you an excellent package. It worked for my friend, so I did it too and it worked for me too. Good luck!
