Godmother duty

Father of darling god daughter has left mother of god daughter . Not heard from him since he moved on and started a horrible custody battle. Today he called , withheld number, and shouted that I dare not to forget her birthday. That was all he said but I feel quite threatened. I had planned to send her a card and gift and didn’t need reminding. She’s 11, I have never missed anything before. Why is it so unsettling?

because he's supposed to be your friend but isn't behaving like one.....and he's not the person you thought you knew.

(Why would he even think you would forget?)

Ugh! Whose friend were you first? Block his number.

It's unsettling because he's someone you felt close to at one point and now it turns out he's a bit of a wanker.

Block, block, block. Text him first and tell him MN think he's an arsehole, though.

Exactly shows his true colours. A manipulative nasty piece of work. No longer unsettled and freaked out, just bloody angry!!

Well that solves the problem of which half of the couple you keep as a friend very easily.
