Ive complained what seems like a million times to them, only by email as their phone lines are ALWAYS busy no matter what time of day I try.
I sent off for something in April, wasn't staistfied with it and sent it straight back. No One on the phjones etc. Its a catalogue company as I cant do online shopping.
Their answerphone message makes the excuse of Covid backlog but I send off from 3 other catalogues occasionally and Ive had NO problem with them.
has anyone else had/have probs with them? Is there an ombudsman/equivalent of tv compiants (forgotten the name of it!)
Its not a fortune by any means but it is to me, and its the principal, and theyre basically stealing my money.
