To ask advice on wisdom tooth issue

I'm not currently registered at a dentist.
I went to the dentist couple yr ago about my wisdom tooth was told it was impacted and wouldn't cause further trouble. Went back 6mo later after one of my teeth had moved and the wisdom tooth had come out more "no that's fine teeth move when you get older"

Now my wisdom is very much out and is pointing forward on its side towards all my other teeth. I can feel the pressure on all my left teeth and the one that moved I can feel the gum like letting go.
Cant find a dentist that will either sign me up or see me due to covid.
Wtf do I do before i lose all my teeth.

Not sure what part of the UK you are in, but I know that there is a Dental School with an a&e section near me where they see urgent cases. Worth a google to see if there are any near you, and if not what the NHS has in place locally for Dental emergencies. Good luck
