A few years ago we had some money and decided to try a bundle from Linen Bundle. Amazing quality, wash really well. So when the opportunity arose in May - they had a sale on - I ordered much needed pillows and a set of bed linen.
No sign of it, despite ensuring I'd chosen 'in stock' items. I contacted them and they said they were waiting for some stock; offered to change the items if it meant they would be dispatched.
I waited two months, parcel miraculously turned up unannounced when I asked for a refund. No pillows included and the recommended alternative sheets looked awful. I expected the original order after such a long wait.
They still haven't refunded the missing pillows almost 3 months down the line, and Royal Mail tracking keeps showing the returned sheets as 'due to be delivered today'.
Customer service is zero. I think the missing pillows should have been refunded in the first place. I don't think the company would be happy if I had their goods 3 months and didn't pay but the reverse is fine apparently.
