To leave washing out in a shower

So I checked the weather and it said it shouldn't be raining until this evening now. I meticulously hung the washing out (I'm a bit of a saddo in the way I do it) and then it immediately starting raining. Instead of just going and grabbing it in, I just stared on in horror. It was a light shower for about 10 minutes.

WIBU to leave the washing out to dry despite the fact it's been rained on?

Unless you think it was acid rain or there was sand from the Sahara in it then I think the washing will be fine

Of course it's OK.

Rain is nature's fabric conditioner after all

I leave mine out in the rain all the time. We all smell and look impeccable

Being rained on is fine but just make sure you bring it in before it gets darked on and spider willies rubbed on it!
