Wide Awake

After having worked all weekend and not had a full day off in over 2 weeks, I was almost cross-eyed with exhaustion when I got to bed last night.

Now here I am at 6.30am, a 2 full hours before I need to get up for work, and absolutely wide awake due DP having set 3 early alarms to get up for the gym. Despite this cacophony of racket he remains peacefully snoring away next to me.

WIBU to suffocate him with my pillow? HmmHmm

I'd have woken him up. It's frustrating getting up too early. I don't like to disturb the neighbours by getting on with housework. But I usually catch up on shaving my legs etc.

I woke him up and gently suggested that he go to the bloody gym. He must have got the gist of my grievance as he was out the door in under 5 minutes Grin
