This is a true property listing up the coast, and if you look at the photo you'll see a small video sign/ link.

You have to admire his honesty - renovation started one punch at a time Grin

Ughmaybenot · 15/08/2020 08:31

That’s hilarious 😂 I was expecting so much worse tho, I read the description first!

That guy needs to take over from Phil Spencer Grin

GreyGardens88 · 15/08/2020 09:39

That shack costs £250,000?

AnaadiNitya · 15/08/2020 09:40

Ingenious selling. People will approach the property fully aware of its issues but still feel positive about it

DeegeeDee · 15/08/2020 09:45

Loved it, mould splash back on point.

DuesToTheDirt · 15/08/2020 09:52

@GreyGardens88

That shack costs £250,000?
Might get a one bedroom flat around here for that...
romeolovedjulliet · 15/08/2020 10:05

a bulldozer might be better, and sell the land on to a developer. seriously though, it might have potential but it would cost a fair bit to do up and the asking price might have to reflect that.

BruceAndNosh · 15/08/2020 10:07

And the car port for "any car as long as it's a low one"

justanotherneighinparadise · 15/08/2020 10:10

🤣

MereDintofPandiculation · 15/08/2020 10:13

That shack costs £250,000? $450,000 dollars. Price range for other similar properties in the street is $580000 to $650000. Compared with UK properties it's got a lot of outside space.

You could make a really nice house out of it.

NancyNoNickers · 15/08/2020 10:17

Hahaha loved that.Wonder what the owners think?!

Toddlerteaplease · 15/08/2020 10:19

Blankblankblank · 15/08/2020 10:23

SquirrelFan · 15/08/2020 10:26

Some of the floors are beautiful, though...

Jaxhog · 15/08/2020 10:44

There'll still be someone who says that they didn't expect it to be that bad!

Pure entertainment!

NoddingTulip · 15/08/2020 11:01

Thats ingenious! Love it.

lborgia · 15/08/2020 12:21

Yeah, it's a complete bargain, he should just have left it as land value, and saved his energy, but it is funny.

We're not very far away, but in Sydney, and a fixer upper sold last week for something like $250k over the starting price, which I think means it went over by 15%?!
