Please do not use this company, or at least at your own peril.
I ordered a fantastic looking climbing frame from them at the end of March when I felt a lockdown was inevitable. Not cheap but looked ace.
I am still waiting for parts so I can assemble it.
My poor kids have been looking at a half built thing taking up half the garden asking weekly when it will be finished. They’ve gone through lockdown and now the summer holidays with fuck all.
Customer services are absolutely shite, and by looking at their Facebook page it seems I’m not the only one to have difficulties, by a long shot.
Trying to get a refund through PayPal currently as waiting over 4.5 months is fucking appalling.
