To expect nationwide valuation survey back within a week?

It’s taking forever!!

Took place a week ago today. Surveyor says ‘difficulty finding comparable evidence’. Unlikely. It’s a 3 bed semi! Standard.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Oh and it was meant to be back within 48 hours according to nationwide....

And they have me the surveyors number to chase it up because they said they wouldn’t phone themselves......

Ours was in within 24 hours. I think you’re just going to have to chase it yourself. I wonder if he’s confused valuations?
