Is it actually possible to be 3 weeks pregnant

Not strictly an AIBU but there is noway I'm any further than what I thought. Period was 17th of July for 3 days
Had sex once 2 weeks ago
Got the first positive on Monday, used a digital the next day. Test even darker today (period due) but when I calculated my due date it said I was 3 weeks and 3 days Confused it feels awfully early to have it confirmed Confused

I'm also 3 weeks and 3 days. Technically we are only 1 week and 3 days but the first two weeks before ovulation are counted so officially it is 3 weeks and 3 days. Congrats!

You can get very early test results now days before period is due.

Yeah, I always find our early because I have short cycles so when my period doesn't come on day 24 I'm only 3 weeks 3 days.

I just remember an old thread where an OP was ripped apart for saying she was 3 weeks pregnant and everyone said it wasn't possible Grin
Aww congratulations to you! I just used the NHS due date calculator and it said 3w and 3d but the first response one told me 3 weeks and 5 days lol
Just feels so early

I think they never know the true exact amount of days as everyone's cylce length is different, you could have ovulated before I did and therefore conceived a few days before, yes I remember my friend being so confused when I had my first as I told her I was 3 weeks pregnant and she was convinced I was 1 week. It was so hard to explain it, and she'd had a baby! Exciting! My due date is April 24th

Hi congratulations, I found out at 3 weeks 3 days. I was tracking dates anyway so I knew it couldn’t of been any earlier. I actually took a test the day before that but was extremely faint as in I had to hold it up to the light but the next day was a lot clearer. I have short cycles so was always going to find out early and I’m now 20 weeks

I tested positive at 3.5 weeks, short cycles and I tested a few days before my period was due. It felt like forever until the 12 week scan!

You’re not actually pregnant for the first two weeks but it’s based on the first day of your last period. Trying to explain that to my BIL was like pulling teeth. He kept trying to mansplain pregnancy to me whilst I was 28w pregnant with my second DC.

Remember they start from the last day of your last period. Or something like that. God, can’t believe I don’t remember this!

I got my BFP when I was 3 weeks pregnant.
I know that because it was the only time I had sex in that cycle

Sure, if you have a short cycle. Usually +ve on first day of your due period would be around 4 weeks pregnant but that presupposes a 4 week cycle which isn't the case for everyone.

Yeah I found out similar with my twins. Took the test the very first day you could on the early tests. Crazy isn't it, it's only been a week since egg and shown got jiggy jiggy ahhhh

My cycle is 29 days. My period was due today, like I said I got the first positive on Monday which just seems crazy! Other times I haven't found out until an actual missed period

Is it actually possible to be 3 weeks pregnant

I had sex on the 31st of July, only time
Didn't do it before or after Shock
You'd think after 3 babies I'd know this stuff 🙈

Yeah that's about the timings when I found out with my twins, it was before I was even due and it was such a clear positive. . Congratulations

9dpo or 6 days before your period is due (according to the box) is about the time most people would test positive on a very sensitive test. Obviously some will get a positive earlier or later.

Congratulations. I wouldn’t worry about there being more than one at the moment. I got some quite strong positives on sensitive tests about 3 days before my period was due and I’m definitely only cooking one.

I must have been about 3 weeks I had a positive 3 days before my period was due. I think technically only about 1 week but the calculators go from the first day of your last period. Hes 2 and a half now.

I got my first ever positive at 8dpo.

I ovulated at 14 days, clearly given the pain etc., and it had always been 14 days.

So yes, I got a positive at 3 weeks and 1 dayConfused, and it was a really dark line.

I also got horrific morning sickness the day before, so I can only think that the egg was right in the exact useful spot!

Yes I had a positive test 4days before my period. I just knew so took the test and I was right. It's really strange because a week before I was out on a hen weekend and I wasn't pregnant but I technically was 🤪 🤣

With my last pregnancy the test said 2-3 weeks but when I was booked for an early scan later that week where they said 5 weeks so not sure how accurate the tests are.

1 week and 3 days from ovulation is 10 dpo. I had a strong positive with my first at 10 dpo. I know when I ovulated and I was very obviously pregnant.
