It’s raining. Fate wants to ruin my holiday ( lighthearted )

Aibu to think that the universe hates me. I’ve worked absolutely flat out since before lockdown and I haven’t had any time off.

Today is the first day off since before lockdown and I have a whole week leave. And it’s pouring with rain!

It’s been hotter than the sun for ages and now as soon as I have a day off it rains and the forecast is that it is going to rain all week.

I feel that the entire universe hates me. I’ve sat inside working on every lovely day and now will get a damp soggy holiday. So aibu to be really cross?

I'm south too. M Where my storm?

I enjoyed the 10 minutes of rain we had earlier and me and da went outside to stand in it Grin

Now we are back to sweating like pigs in blankets and still waiting for a storm.

Yanbu to be kissed off though. I work in education and find every year it seems July is amazing weather whilst I'm running training courses etc in buildings I wish had air con.
Then school holidays start and it rains HmmGrin
