To move house tonight but self isolating

Briefly, we returned from a country on the quarantine list 13 days ago so tomorrow will be our last full day of self isolation. No symptoms at all.
It is currently 38 degrees in my house. The way the property is laid out means it is impossible to get any draft in. I have one fan and cold towels etc but not slept properly for 4 nights. Last night DD had a film of sweat across her and I was actually a bit worried about her. I do feel 38 degrees is not healthy to sleep in.
A family member has said we can sleep in a room in their house (which sounds a lot cooler). They live 10 minutes away by car. At the moment I feel like this in an emergency even though I know realistically it is not. I'm dreading tonight and not being able to sleep again.

The quarantine helpline shuts at 5 as I would call them to change address otherwise. Can't find another way to contact them.

AIBU to go and sleep somewhere else tonight?

YABU just wet a bed sheet and drape it over her if you are worried

Go for it. I thought they planned to change the quarantine to 10 days anyway.
