Bleached blonde hair...

AIBU to believe there's a conditioner out there to get it looking silky smooth?

My hair is almost waist length with brown roots & the rest very blonde. I wash & condition with T&G products & mostly it looks ok, sometimes lovely but most of the time a bit strawlike.

Hairdressers never seems to want to trim more than a couple of centimeters off & enthuse about it, but i really want to improve the condition. Any tips?

Olaplex

Other brands that work similarly are available.

Hi op,I don't have blonde hair but the MAUI sea minerals shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair is great.it's vegan friendly, smells lovely and leaves hair extremely shiny and soft.it's quite expensive at about £8.00 each but you don't have to use loads and it's worth it.in fact the shampoo alone leaves hair swinging with health if you run out of conditioner.
(I think it might be cheaper on Amazon at the moment than in the stores.)

I used redken colour extend blondage shampoo and conditioner. It’s a purple shampoo which brightens your colour and moisturises. Definitely use something they would use in a salon, my hair has been so much nicer since I started using salon products and you only need the tiniest bit because it goes a long way so worth the money!

I use loreal oil in my hair when it's wet and again when its dry. Just through the ends. If you use it properly it doesn't leave your hair greasy at all. Just nice and smooth.
