My DS is starting P1 tomorrow and I can't for the life not my find trousers short enough.
Taking 6inches off 4-5y trousers leaves them a really wierd shape
I can't be the only one with the problem?!

M&S used to do short ones.

Dinosforall · 11/08/2020 10:55

Get the 'generous fit' ones? Ie waist is wider in relation to leg length.

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 11/08/2020 10:56

Is he really needing 6 inches off??

Sainsbury's sell age 3. Asda do 3-4.

Most school uniform shops sell things in 2-3 these days with nursery age children wearing school uniform.

If all else fails, ebay.

Size age 4-5 is a height of 104-110cm.

If he's smaller than that, why not buy the age 2-3 or 3-4 trousers in M&S instead?

CMOTDibbler · 11/08/2020 11:12

M&S do short length from age 2-3
