Will I have to replace the whole light fitting? (Photo)

This light fitting is on my bathroom ceiling. I think it was originally from John Lewis but if so they no longer sell them. The bulbs are meant to be inside a glass casing like the one on the left, but recently we noticed one was flickering and when we looked more closely we saw the glass casing had broken and it broke more when we unscrewed it, so now we're left with just the bare bulb ringed in red. It still lights up but it's no longer steam-proof so I think it may not be safe. I don't suppose it's possible to just replace the glass casing (?), so I'm thinking I need to replace the whole light fitting. Aibu?

Hard to tell from the photo. Is it just a GU15 halogen bulb? Or an led bulb sealed inside the glass fitting? If it's the latter, led isn't replaceable do you'll have to buy a new one.

The bulb wasn't sealed inside the glass ... we could unscrew the glass to get to the bulb and replace it. But now the glass casing is broken.
