First time poster. Is it just me that feels like no one cares? I always feel I’m bottom of everyone’s priority/thoughts. My sister was ill recently and I visited her sent flowers, called and texted etc. Because I really wanted to make sure she was ok. When I was ill last week (taken time hospital for emergency tests) I got nothing. Not a text, phone call. When I called her today I asked if she knew I’d been ill she said she had but that was it. I normally work weekends but I’m still off sick and my husband went off to play cricket at lunchtime Saturday leaving the kids home with me. It was 10:30Pm before he got home without even a call or text to see if I was ok. I was talking to my mum on the phone this morning about feeling down and I always have to be the one to call people and it’s really starting to feel like I’m low on everyones priority and she hung up on me. These might seem petty things but it really feels like I’m getting to the point where I’ve had enough. I’m not a needy person but just feel I have no one who cares. I’m a being too needy and need to sort myself out or do I have a right to feel like this.
