Feel sick no energy

Posting here for traffic. Yesterday I had a sudden feeling of sickness come from nowhere. Today I have slept on and off ALL day and feel so so sick, although not actually being sick. I have no energy whatsoever. Has anyone had this before? Could this be a bug? Even although I'm not physically being sick? Starting to feel really down now as feeling very ill with it. Now can't get comfortable as the sick feeling is worse than earlier. Aibu to call doctors tomorrow?

Probably the heat.

Unless you might be pregnant?

Ponoka7 · 09/08/2020 23:03

I'd wait it out, if you can keep fluids down and see how you are in a few days. Don't exaggerate your symptoms to get an appointment, that wouldn't be fair.

Are you definitely not pregnant?

StormsDontLastForever · 09/08/2020 23:07

I am 90% sure I'm not pregnant, will do a test tomorrow to be sure. Had some irregular bleeding since I started my new pill. Definitely wouldn't exaggerate symptoms to get an appointment, I was just wondering if I would be unreasonable to call the doctor or try ride it out but I feel so horrible. I have a dd5 so really need to be better soon as she starts back school on Wednesday

@AranciaRosso I am in Scotland and it's sadly not as hot up here the last few days as England, yesterday was nice but today was cooler (as I am told as I have been in bed all day)

Have you had this pill before ? I used to feel sick on the pill a day before I got my period xx

Mistlewoeandwhine · 09/08/2020 23:10

Some types of the pill made me feel like I had morning sickness.

RobertoSv · 09/08/2020 23:11

Definitely wouldn't exaggerate symptoms to get an appointment in nearbyall.com/, I was just wondering if I would be unreasonable to call the doctor

gamerchick · 09/08/2020 23:13

What do to think the doctor will do? It sounds like something that will run its course on its own.

TreadSoftlyOnMyDreams · 09/08/2020 23:14

Coronavirus? Nausea is a symptom

Stannisbaratheonsboxofmatches · 09/08/2020 23:17

I’ve had that before, and have it from time to time.

It coincides with being very run down or stressed with me.

StormsDontLastForever · 09/08/2020 23:18

@Mingo2010 yes I have had the pill before and had no problems, been on it again for over a month, everything's been fine then from yesterday I've been feeling horrible.

@gamerchick I'm not sure what doctor would do but I suffer from bad anxiety aswel so sometimes even just speaking with my doctor and her confirming it will run its course is enough to keep my anxiety at bay.

But it could also be Coronavirus. Mine started with just extreme tiredness, which went away a bit, and then I got the fever and terrible cough a bit later. Hopefully yours isn’t Coronavirus though!

Sorryusernamealreadyexists · 09/08/2020 23:20

I get like this when I’m anemic and also when I’m full of anxiety. Hope your ok?

StormsDontLastForever · 09/08/2020 23:21

@TreadSoftlyOnMyDreams I think in the back of my mind I am slightly worried it could be coronavirus. I know everyone's symptoms are different though but I don't have a fever or a cough... yet!

@Stannisbaratheonsboxofmatches hopefully it's not coronavirus I just haven't felt this bad before. I am often stressed and have had gastroenteritis etc before but never felt like this Sad

Heat? Pregnancy? Anemia? Leukaemia?

DoIneed1 · 10/08/2020 00:19

jimmyhill what an unhelpful post.

YgritteSnow · 10/08/2020 00:26

Don't exaggerate your symptoms to get an appointment, that wouldn't be fair.

Someone posts about feeling very ill and they're clearly worried about it and you deliver a mini lecture? Where is there any indication OP plans to do this?

StormsDontLastForever · 10/08/2020 20:19

Couldn't get doctors appointment today. Still no better Sad hopefully tomorrow I can at least speak with a doctor. Ordered a COVID test kit just to be sure.
