I am in my mid 50s, never bothered to learn as I lived in London and walked, cycled or took public transport. Due to some life changes, including DH being ill, I need to give learning to drive a shot. If anyone can share any positive stories of learning to drive at 50+ I would love to hear them as I am doubting whether I can do this...
