Slept until 4pm today (well, yesterday). Was feeling very ill with a migraine and feeling sick and DP just didn’t wake me up and let me sleep while he took care of our four month old. Ofc I felt awful about that! I’m up because I thought if I stay awake I can reset my sleep schedule as it’s 4am and I’ve only just started feeling tired. Baby will probably be awake around 8am so not sure whether to sleep until then from now or stay awake! DP at work tomorrow so it’s just me and DS tomorrow and I’m worried if I only get a few hours sleep I’ll feel worse as I struggle to wake up! Tempted to just get out of bed and clean the kitchen. To sleep or not to sleep...?
