To think this isn't just teething?

My DS is almost 10 months and teething! He's had runny nappies for 3 days ( he has had 3 poo's today ) last night projectile vomited on me! Today he has seemed ok but now he seems of, keeps crying and has a temp of 37.6!

Is this teething because Dr Google said Teething does not cause these symptoms 🤔

Sounds more like it could be a stomach bug to me tbh. All kinds of things get blamed on teething and I’m not really sure the evidence is there that it’s the cause.

Sounds more like it’s just a bit of a bug, have you given him some calpol if he’s upset? 37.6 isn’t a particularly high temperature.

I've experienced runny teething nappies due to all the drool but the vomiting is likely a bug.

That sounds more like a bug to me but DS did always seem to have a bit of a tummy when teething so there may be something to it. Hope he's feeling better soon, it's not nice when they're ill.
