Caribbean In March whilst pregnant

Has anybody been to the Caribbean whilst pregnant lately?

There is very little info online regarding Zika virus or whether it’s safe to travel

I’m supposed to be going on my honeymoon there , originally in May but now October. I’ve been advised by my GP and our private medical insurance not to TTC until we’ve been home until we’ve been at home for at least 3 months has passed because of the Zika risk.
