Ovarian cancer

Sorry, not quite the right place for it but does anyone have any experience with a stage 2 ovarian cancer? Recovery after hysterectomy and then with chemo after. Not definitely confirmed as stage 2 until surgery but that's looking most likely at the moment. Stories of people a few months or years down the line gratefully received.

If you go on the health forum you will unfortunately find a lot of people on there who will have info. I have stage 3/4 so my experience will not be yours.

I was stage 1 so no follow up as the cancer was took out intact. My consultant did a wash (so filled my abdomen with water which was then checked) and nothing else found so closed up, recovered (which took longer that I thought) and everything back to normal except the bloody menopause- but the alternative didn't bare thinking about.
