My toddler has just turned 2. He has always been a terrible sleeper. He now sleeps through the night most of the time but it takes ages to get him to go to sleep and I stay with him. He is still breastfed and usually feeds to sleep.
I know that he has to learn to go to sleep by himself eventually but I hate the idea of leaving him to cry. I have not wanted to do this but I wonder if he is always going to be a bad sleeper and it is my fault.
