I have an interview coming up and can't for the life of me remember any of the questions I was asked at my last interview 2 years ago.
If anyone can share if they can recall theirs, I'd really appreciate it!

Can you give an example of when you went the extra mile . Can you describe what you would do if you found a patient in the floor . A patient discloses a safeguarding concern what would you do . You are nurse in charge and two staff have a disagreement on the ward what would you do . Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult situation . What is sepsis 5 and NEWS . What do you understand by revalidation . There will be something related to infection control in there . And usually a “ trust values “ question so get familiar with those .

You may be asked what you would do if a medication error occurred. If you will be community based about lone working and keeping yourself safe. Confidentiality and information governance. Dealing with a complaint from a patient or their family. If you have access to the Job description and person specification for the role their may be some clues to what questions you will be asked.

Good luck!

Don't forget any governmental White papers to research in your area. What are the relevant NICE guidelines? What's big in clinical governance?

Make sure you have researched the Trust values!
