To expect shops stock this

I am in need of slimming/supporting/wonderful undergarment I could buy for a wedding outfit? Just went around the shops today, but there are not a lot. AIBU to expect truthful reviews online? Sending back 3rd item today- when it says 'supportive' it has to be that- but not flimsy piece of cloth! I am large, need a lot of support (and even suck-in action!). Can anybody recommend any good body-mid thigh undergarment?

I got my shareware from Simply Be.

Figleaves. This one is amazing. If you get a full-body one with straps to go over your shoulders, it lets you wear your own bra, you don't get rolls on your back, and it won't roll down. You also won't get VPL or chub rub. Worth its weight in gold.

How do you go to the loo in the all in one thing?

sruitfalad · 06/08/2020 14:33

TK Maxx usually has the industrial level pull in pant things- they're a pain to get into and I find my stomach goes numb once they're on but they work! Mine cost me £9.99.

They have a wee hole. It mostly involves seeing on yourself in my experience.

I ordered some off Asda's website for £8, other reviews said to size up which I did and they're spot on.

Have a look on Ebay. I have managed to get a Figleaves shaping slip and M&S shapewear (new with tags) off ebay for a fraction of the usual price. The Figleaves one has cups and the M&S you wear with your own bra. I'd recommend either one for a bit of extra support.
