I'm on the cerelle mini pill and I usually bleed every 38-45 days. However this cycle I didn't start bleeding until cycle day 54, I took a few pregnancy tests and they were negative. However, I've now been bleeding for 18 days bright red blood with larger and more clots than normal

Exact same thing happened to me on Cerelle. The constant bleeding thing is pretty common. I stopped taking it and still kept bleeding for 6 weeks. GP gave me some tablets to stop the bleeding in a few days.
