I've lived in my flat for 3 years now and am friendly with my neighbours. One is an elderly lady who keeps referring to my other neighbour as Mike but i was sure it was Neil...i asked abother close neighbour if I'd got it wrong and he also thought it was Neil but wasn't totally sure. Anyway, im moving in a few months but i REALLY want to know if I got his name wrong or my lovely neighbour. I dont want to ask him for fear of looking ridiculous and i also dont want to embarrass my other neighbour. None of this matters I know but it's bugged me for over a year lol Any suggestions on how I can find his name out without being obvious?!

What are the arrangements for post? Look on envelopes

If he's on the open electoral roll and you're desperate to know, you can pay to search full addresses on 192.com, or if he owns the flat pay I think 3 pounds(?) to land registry to get the deeds which will say his name.

This is obviously very stalker-ish though Grin

Take round a card and say it’s elderly neighbours special birthday soon and you are getting all neighbours to sign a card Grin
