Could my baby have an ear infection? We had a day last week when my baby cried a lot and took a long time to calm him. He didn't have a good night either, he was very unsettled. Next day I called the doctors and was given an appointment. I noticed his ears were a bit runny(wax looking), baby is 4 months old now. So I thought he may have an ear infection but during seeing the doctor, she said he didn't have an ear infection, in fact she checked him over and all seemed ok, she mentioned that it could be that he has reflux and that that might have been the reason he was crying a lot the day before. So we returned home, but am not happy with baby's ears. Please see the pic attached and advise if u have gone through this with your little one. Should I not worry? Or does baby's ears look infected? Feeling like called the GP and get him checked again.........:
