I’m nearly 30, I still feel very young, 23-26 however I’m not. I’m dreading getting to 30. I hate watching my parents get older & older. I feel as though my life is running away.

Did anybody else feel like this at 29?

You know what the alternative is, right?

I still feel like this now at 36

Actually I did feel down as I hit 30. I usually think that age is just a number and am optimistic. Perhaps 30 makes you evaluate your life. Are you where you expected to be? Doing something you enjoy and with the right people?

Yes but that's because I'm unhappy I guess. And have no confidence in myself

People who constantly dwell on their age are very draining.

You are still incredibly young. Why bother worrying about the inevitable?
