Where can I download in EPUB format, a good selection of books? I'm quite happy to pay but I keep getting directed to spammy looking sites.
In particular I want a copy of D du M's Rebecca. It's so old that it may be free in some places but the copy I just downloaded did not start with the immortal line, "Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again" so something is not right. That was from English-e-reader.net.
Where do you download legit copies of books. Classics and modern please.
