To ask for careers advice Merchandising/Office Work

Looking for a bit of advice. I am potentially looking to change jobs when my youngest DS goes to High School next year. So as not to drip feed, here is my situation. Prior to having kids, I did Secretarial work up in London, wasn't really my forte to be honest, was temping for a couple of years before having DS1. Have no family support, husband works shifts, so have done mystery shopping/auditing/merchandising on a self-employed basis. Ideally I woud like to stay in my current line of work cause it is more me, but I am stick of being self-employed, no pension, no holiday etc. My pesion pot is tiny (about 14k, probably less after covid, daren't check). Permanent merchandising opportunities either seem to need years of experience (not sure if mine counts) or are field sales roles which usually require a driving licence (this is way beyond me for numberous reasons) and aren't necessarily well paid. If I went back to office work, I would probably need to do a bit of retraining, even though I have kept my computer skills up to date. I did have a brief stint of doing hospital bank reception work which ended badly. So difficult, any advice would very welcome, going round in circles at the moment.
