Customer Feedback Survey

Due to the whole Covid-19 thing I've had to consider a couple of options regarding my finances so made an appointment to speak to somebody at my bank.

The process hasn't been ideal with double booked appointments and me having to constantly chase for updates. Four weeks since first contacting the bank I'm not actually any closer to having anything sorted out (this was a fairly simple request, nothing complicated involving mortgages or anything) and was advised at the time it would only take a couple of days.

As expected (and pre-warned by the adviser) I received a customer feedback survey type thing. I decided not to complete it as my dealings with the bank/employee on this matter haven't actually finished yet so don't feel I can really answer all the questions fully at the moment anyway.

The thing that is really starting to get my goat is the constant emails from this adviser (have dealt with the same employee throughout) asking me to please complete this survey. Firstly why is he able to know which customers have given him feedback via this survey (and does he also get to know what the feedback is from each individual customer) and secondly why does he seem to have plenty of time to keep emailing me to ask for me to complete the damn survey yet I have to chase him if I want any sort of update on where we are.

AIBU to just fill the flaming thing out but give negative feedback. Due to my experience this time I have already decided to switch banks and have the switch service going through next week.

I just want an answer to my original request and not a barrage of emails asking me to complete a survey!!!

Maybe ask him that? And I don't mean that in a smart arse way Smile
