AIBU to demand refund rather than option to rebook within 18mths? The Welsh government announced go ahead to open camp sites for tents 2 weeks ago for 1/8. Our campsite (booked before Covid) still doesn't know if it'll open for tents on 1/8!! Its opened for caravans as they're self contained (wash and toilet facilities). Am so angry that the owner is stringing this out. As it's his personal choice and not government imposed, am I within my rights to demand my deposit back. Am on benefits and need the money to try and book elsewhere , with only 3 days notice.
