This is a column on racism on Social media by Owen Jones, talking about grime rapper Wiley's antisemitism (but immediately shifting the discussion on white racism... God forbid we address all racism).

The beautiful irony of this very progressive opinion piece is that they originally mistakenly used the image of another black man to illustrate this article, a sin that they constantly berate (for good reason) other medias for....
Gotta love the Guardian!!! :D

Sorry if I’m being thick but I don’t get it!

If it’s a very progressive piece about racism why take delight in them screwing up the photo?

Totally reasonably to be annoyed at the Guardian for making a racist mistake but I don’t know why it would be funny (but I am probably missing the point, sorry!).

That's very funny.

It's funny because OJ and the Grauny are ridiculously sanctimonious.

What is white racism?

They did it on Monday too, the singer Denise Johnson has died and they used a picture of a different black female singer in the article.

And the BBC announced Margaret Tyzack’s death using a picture of Sian Phillips. Although because they’re both white, that was an honest mistake that could have happened to anyone.
