I've heard great things about Trafford council education and not such great things about its SEN education. I've heard stories about Manc high schools having police units. Are Salford better??

Sorry, what are you asking? Did you miss something from the title?

Coldilox · 28/07/2020 23:05

Trafford is popular because of its grammar schools. SEN provision isn’t highly thought of from what I know.

Not sure what you’re asking about Manchester and Salford.

Gazelda · 28/07/2020 23:06

Can you clarify your question?

MrsHookey · 29/07/2020 17:12

Sorry I'm asking whether there is supposedly better provision educationally in any of the three boroughs. Like whether Salford is thought to be better, or Manchester or Trafford?

Salford definitely inferior to Trafford, Manchester is so large it varies wildly. If you get to the outskirts of Salford, towards Worsley it's better than the traditional Salford, Worsley hates being a part of Salford, estate agents try to avoid the S word!
