For those that have divorced or split from their ex - the question is would you have an issue if the child had their location on the iPhone on so you can use the find my phone app?

I dont get what you mean. I have a tracker on my kids phones, but I'm not divorced. Think I'd still have it on if I was divorced.

I'm assuming it's the other parent, that has a problem with you, being able to see where they going.

Whilst I disagree with having it on a child's device, I would yes even more so disagree with an ex being able to track the location of the parent - since lots of the time the child and the parent are together.

So yes, I would have a huge issue.

Yes I think I would have a problem with this. Saying that, I know my children’s (very annoying) dad has trackers on their phones and it never once occurred to me that he was tracking us. I guess it depends if your ex is the type to actually look at it unnecessarily and quiz you on your whereabouts. X

My whole family use the FindMy app. We don’t stalk each other but if we needed to we could find phones or each other. My partner doesn’t track me and I don’t track him but it’s quite useful if you ever need it. We’re all still one family though.

I wouldn’t fancy an ex having access to mine as I feel they may track me.

I am with DH and I have disabled it for him!!! LOL

I just want to add, we have used it to track DC phone after it was left in a park and again when left in the middle of field.
