Just bought a stepper machine as I get zero to no exercise at the moment and thought it would be a good start and something I can do in the evening when my toddler is asleep.
I'm now wondering if they're actually any good (it was a bit of an impulse buy) and if I can actually lose a bit of weight by using one?
My diet is pretty good and I don't tend to eat processed or sugary foods, it's just the lack of exercise that's a problem!
Are they a decent bit of kit for someone who wants to workout at home and doesn't have much space?
