To ask somebody to calm me down

I've hit a really rough patch with my partner today and I feel like he's painting me to be a bad mum as I never realised my baby was constipated, he thinks I'm trying to score points in the relationship for calling him out for doing things that he calls me out on. I'm really passed off by the whole situation and have absaloutely nobody to talk to

I would sit down with him once the baby is asleep and say you don’t want to point score but you are already stressed and feel like he could just point things out in an nicer way like “ I think he/she might be constipated so perhaps we should offer a little bit of apple juice in her water” rather than “she looks really constipated, how have you not noticed this”. Whether you were in the wrong or not just say you reacted because you felt attacked and therefore the best thing is to work out a way to minimise that feeling going forward.
