Buying off esty app

Has anybody had and issues using esty?

Brought something on Tuesday, had a message regarding the specifics of what I ordered but when I replied I have heard nothing since.

Not sure but looks like bots on the feedback but hard to tell

Have you checked the sellers dispatch time?

I occasionally sell jewellery on Etsy, my items are made to order so up to two weeks dispatch time (usually quicker but I need time to make it and work full-time as well).

Have bought lots off Etsy and have never had a problem so far.

The site itself was having technical problems yesterday including with messages. Might be worth sending your message again in case it didn't get through.

I'm an Etsy seller, and in the past 48 hours have had issues with the messages section of my sellers dashboard.

Seems to be resolved now, so I would say try messaging again as they may not have received the original reply. I've had flurries of messages all morning, some of which were sent days ago!

Yesterday the site had lots of issues. I’ve bought lots of things over the years, mostly from sellers in the UK but sometimes abroad and never had an issue. Have they got good reviews?
