To think this is unprofessional?

My manager sent out an email to my whole team/department which singled me out as not having done something (what I didn’t do didnt impact work or my colleagues).

I’m a good worker and we have set amount of work per day and I always hit my targets and many others don’t. But they are never called out in an email. Not that I think they should but seems one set of rules for one and another for me.

Extremely unprofessional - your performance and whether you hit targets is between you and your line manager, no one else. To share the information with anyone else (who it doesn't impact) is verging on bullying.

Agree it is bullying.

I would reply with “did you mean to send this to the whole team?” And cc their mananger and HR.

Just to confirm it wasn’t that I hadn’t completed work or not hit targets,

It was that I hadn’t participated in something - but whether I had or hadn’t it wouldn’t impact my team or our work load.
