Whilst on holiday DC has taken it upon them self to clean out some kitchen cupboards.. This (I have only just noticed) has taken the form of throwing out anything they have deemed to be out of date, but still perfectly useable (as far as I am concerned).. All my unusual baking stuff (some of which I can't replace) gone.. Flavoured sugars, Bottles of coffee syrup gone.. Vinegars, etc.. I know they meant well, and I won't say anything, but bloody hell, I'm furious!!

I have to retrieve herbs and spice jars (because they're refillable and the date in them is years ago) Hmm

Well.. Things like cinnamon sugar.. Doesn't really go out of date. I'm quietly gutted!

If you dont say anything how will learn that it's best to consult before taking unreversable decisions like chucking someone else's stuff out?

Yes, you should say something, even if you take time to compose yourself to decide what to say calmly.

Apart from anything else, how will they run their own household when they move out if they don't know this stuff?
