Realise nobody is actually going to know what is going on, but perhaps someone could advise?

I had my baby 15 weeks ago. For six weeks I had heavy bleeding afterwards. Totally normal. Then I had my first period four weeks later, normal cycle but heavier than usual. As to be expected. The following month I had a second period on time. Same cycle length as the month before and before I was pregnant. Then, I had sex and the condom split (first time it has ever happened to me!). I took the morning after pill. Five days after that, I had another period, again for around five days, it was heavy. Health visitor said it’s probably my periods trying to sort them out and it happens to lots of women. Or of course it could have been affected by morning after pill. That period started on 6 July and ended on 11 July. That night I had unprotected sex by my own fault. I know, totally stupid, but honestly if I did get pregnant I wouldn’t have a termination and baby would be loved. I already know it was dumb though so please be gentle with me! I then took the morning after pill on 14 July because we couldn’t find somewhere that my partner could collect it for me, so had to go through online doctor and wait for emails back.
I then started bleeding again yesterday (23), but this time it wasn’t like a period, there was blood all over the tissue but it wasn’t really bright blood like it has been before. Then it pretty much stopped, I didn’t even need to wear a pad. That evening, I started experiencing brown blood. Then it stopped. This morning, I’m still bleeding but this time more of a lighter colour. I’m still not needing to wear a pad or anything. I’ve got slight cramping which started about five minutes ago but very slight.
I’m just wondering if anyone has any similar experiences of what it was? Or could advise?
