I am on Mat leave, due to go back to work in September LO will be 10 months old. I applied for Flexible working (NHS) and they have agreed with the days I want they have also given me Xmas and new years off.
I have seen a job advertised that would would suit me better and it's also p/t, closer to home, better hours. AIBU to apply for this job with the possibility that I could get it and would have to resign from my current job even though they have agreed with my Flexi working request ( which gets reviewed every 3 months). I just feel really guilty ......

Go for what is best for you.
If you leave someone else will probably be over the moon to get your job Flowers

Thank you, although it's unlikely that they could get a replacement for me as they are always short staffed .( I work in a hospital)
