Family holiday is booked, we cancelled accomodation and were going to reschedule flights. DH and I have been stuck at home with our two teenagers since march and we are going stir crazy. Is it totally unreasonable to consider going? Accomodation is still available (at a cheaper rate) so we could rebook, If we don't go I think we can change flights to later in the year, or if we lose the money it's not a big deal the flights were a bit of a bargain. I have been reading up and it seems not as risky as I'd thought, going through airports and flight is probably worst bit. AIBU to be strongly considering going?

My dsis went to Venice last week, was fine. The plane was full, but the cafes and restaurants quiet with mainly Italians visiting. I couldn't go as the flights were changed to another airport and I couldn't get train tickets.

100% would go. Off to a last minute holiday to France next week.

We booked last minute to Greece this Sunday. I'm working in a fairly busy environment so really haven't been able to social distance anyway and the last few months have been manic work wise for us both. I think a week in a quiet resort with no current covid cases is just what we need.
