To ask what I can make with 100ml of buttermilk?

Just that, used most of the pot for buttermilk fried chicken (yum!) got just over 100ml now would rather not waste it.

Some cakes and scotch pancakes use buttermilk in their recipe. Make a cake!

You can use it in baking. I think I use it in red velvet cakes amongst other things.

Scones or soda bread. Make up the quantity with yogurt/sour milk if you need more.

American Buttermilk biscuits! Delicious! You do probably need enough other leftovers to make gumbo as well though... Grin
