To go abroad now?

I'm having a really bad time right now.
I need to just get away.
I would be going alone
I'm thinking 3-4 nights
I'm 35 never been away alone but I'm thinking of booking a all inclusive and just going in the next few weeks.
Aibu ?

@harryberry44 I took a 2 night break to Gothenberg by myself. Loved it, then had a 10 night trip to Borneo by myself but as part of a solo group tour.

I would say go for it, but I found eating out alone a little daunting. Fortunately I could use street vendors as there was a culture festival going on.
Having a book was good- I found some lovely quirky cafes to enjoy a coffee and cake.

I would deffo have to do full board or all inclusive as I wouldn't feel comfortable finding restaurants etc.
