Am getting a pebble colour kitchen units in. Pebble is basically a light grey.

I've attached a photo. We are looking to get alusplash and have to tell our fitter today what colour alusplash.
I was thinking the silver alusplash, would it go with that kitchen, otherwise I was thinking boring white.
Does anyone have it in the silver so I can see what it actually looks like in real life

What about going for a colour? Silver might just blend into your cabinets and white is boring. What about a deep blue?

I would definitely go for a dark coloured splashback, the contrast will really set it off lovely, I think silver won’t stand out as much
Lovely kitchen by the way :)

We had copper against white/cream kitchen, to tie in with copper light fittings and tap

MoistMolly · 20/07/2020 18:36

and also copper sockets

Am scared to go for a dark colour in case it doesn't look nice, and stands out so much. Whereas light colour if I then didn't like it, I could pretend it doesn't exist 😂

I really do like the coloured ones I've seen images of though!
I think I need to come out of my comfort zone

Can your splashback supplier send you samples?

Are you on Instagram? If you search Alusplash as tag (#) then about 600 posts come up of peoples kitchens.
Many with before and after.

I wouldn’t go for white or silver as it all sounds a bit bland. But A blue would still be neutral With a bit more about it.

Apparently this is ‘petrol blue’ and I think it looks nice on a similar theme to what you’re having with cabinets and worktop colours

@MimiSunshine thank you will check out Instagram! I saw a few on Facebook, am really glad I posted on here because now I've decided completely against silver or white, it is too bland and hardly will be noticeable. I've gone for ocean wave, it's not too in your face, am loving that colour especially for me just stepping out of my comfort zone. Thank you everyone for your input ☺️
