Loud Neighbours

I've been in my current house 11 years and never had a problem with the neighbours but recently they've moved some friends in and their bedroom is right next to mine. (I have yet to meet/see these new people)

Now I'm no prude but they've been having very loud sex for the past 3 weeks pretty much every other night and I'm at my wits end. It usually wakes me up at 2am and carries on till around 4am, I'm exhausted at work when I wake up having around 5 hours total sleep.

I've tried earplugs but their bed seems to be right against the wall and it's so loud they don't really work effectively, I've even tried listening to music /ASMR but I can't drown it out.

My question is WIBU to go over there and say something? I think they know I can hear as I've banged on the wall several times. Or do I suck it up and stay out of their business? (even though I hear everything!)

For the sake of not drip feeding I am single living alone so it's not like I'm being a hypocrite and doing the same!

Pop a note through with marks out of ten, make sure to critique stamina and rhythm.

Well you can't go on like this can you?
Do you know if they are there for a short period?do you know the neighbours who were there first well enough to ask and then explain the problem?
For your own health you should speak to them.good luck.
