Have booked a holiday to Jersey and no longer want to go as have to have a COViD 19 test on arrival or am I overreacting?

Don't have any of the symptoms but concerned if I have any contact with anyone who tested positive I would have to self isolate for 14 days

It’s a bit tricky. I had a friend due to come over but with the testing he could have been stuck here for 14 days rather than the planned 2 days and the risk wasn’t worth it, granted most are testing negative but it’s an expensive place to be stuck in
